Just wondering if anyone else gets this because i got it when i first started working out just not this bad
I used to get this from time to time a few years ago when I was training really hard, and its not when i workout, it kicks in about 10 minutes after the workout... I'm not sure what the actual cause of it is, but it can't be because I was pushing too hard because literally every workout I had I was pushing myself beyond my limits.. What I'm thinking is its a lack of sleep or proper diet which in turn leads to a loss of ATP energy in your body...

Started "grease your groove" training for pullups today. Essentially you do subfailure sets of pullups throughout the day and increasing the number of reps you do per set every week or so. I'm starting at 10 neutral grip pullups per set and hopefully I'll get to 20 by summer.

Depends largely on your height and arm/leg length ratio.

I try to focus on having full extension at my knees simultaneously when I have full extension of my back; i.e. my legs straighten the same time my back straightens. I feel this ensures that I am not cheating and pulling with my back and also puts more focus on the hip-drive action.

My friend told me it was bad to bend your knee's before because weight transfer down to your knees and you'll feel it after you go to heavier weights,
you'l notice that when your hips go down first, its easier to keep the pressure on your heels cause if you push off your toes the weight of the bar will go down and transfer down your knees too.

Since my height, arm length and flexibility is all fucked up LOL im doing romanian deadlifts.

Would u say its bad to bend your knee's as you go down cause my arm's cant go down to my knee's without rounding my back?

hold bar
bend knees
arch back
lift while keeping arched back
as bar passed ur knees straighten legs as u lock out at top
if back is rounding go lighter

i think your knees will be used to the weight transfer if your increasing the weight slowly adding more weight each workout.

So, I just got back from my first every powerlifting meet. I was not as happy with my numbers but when you're there it's a whole different ball game, mentally and physically. Pretty much 9 PR attempts. Anyways, I did 212kg (466lbs) Squat, 122.7kb (270lb) Bench, and a 255kg (560lb) deadlift. For a total of 589.7kg (1297lbs). All lifts were 30lbs shy of what I can do in the gym.

I got first place in my weight category of 105kg (230lbs) competing against 4 other guys.

Congrats! Your bench is a little low though. Keep it up and you'll be able to hit 1500lbs in no time!

I could be Exertional headaches

if it reoccurs every time you exert yourself (including fapping) then you should take a couple weeks off then SLOWLY work your way back up

and if you do think you have this and really wanna go workout, taking indomethacin 30min before exertion helps.

nobody really knows why people get this and nobody knows how it goes away. just takes time

Imagine a guy saying "sorry babe, we gotta stop, I got a headache"

So pumped for gym. Took ECA in the morning, was sitting in lecture hall and all I wanted to do was just walk up there and flip the huge table in the front lol. Too much energy.

There were 4 raw lifters in the category.

There was this one guy that had a very similar total to me: 571kg total (200kg squat/130kg bench /241kg dead)

and my friend in that category did 555kg total (200kg squat/120kg bench /235 Deadlift)

the other 2 were just weakasses
