Bruises all up the inside of my legs from hanging 55 lbs for chins yesterday

They were filming something in the gym, so whatever it was for you might see me doing 270 lbs chinups in the background

If you want to be considered "really fucken strong" go for 2.5 lbs bodyweight, so at least 400 lbs

Big Man on campus walking through.

Seriously though, it's interesting when someone strong, new member, and shows' his strength. Then you go...son of a b. As you now have fallen down the ladder.

More motivation tho.

YAOOOOO

Havnt posted here in a while but just thought i'd like to do an update. Went to EDC in Vegas for 4nights after i finished the 6week to a superman body workout. Fuckin amazing i tell ya.

Before i started working out a year and a half ago, i was 240pounds at a size 38 waist. Dropped the weight down to 160 at a size 34. Before i left for vegas i weighed myself at 175-180 at a size 32.

Feels fuckin amazing. SO PUMPED UP BRUHS, Gonna do the program again.

goodlife just past lougheed?

I'm fed up with club 16, there is half the amount of equipment and twice the amount of people. My brother's girlfriend works at goodlife so I hope she can get me a deal for a membership. He gets to go for free.

Tomorrow is single limb day again, peak weight too. I'll be having breakfast this time... Oatmeal + blueberries + protein shake should be good enough. Just need to make sure I don't get a carb crash like I used to whenever I tried having breakfast before gym

What are some good techniques to get dumbbells up to position when starting flat db press (no spotter)?

I can do 10 reps of 80 (db's down til touch chest) but having hard time moving on to 90's because of the initial starting difficulties... Right now I basically just fall to the bench with the weights and hope for the best. With 90's I end up with fucked up positions.

I put them on my thighs and throw them up simutameously while rolling back....so when my back is on the bench, my arms are already in the air.

Going back down is the reverse....I hate chucking weights on the ground.

I do a something similar, throw them up with my knees, roll back, and the DB end up at the bottom of a rep once i'm on my back.
