I've started doing deads & squats in the last month, i weigh about 165 and my 3 main lifts are approximately 200 pounds each with a good 5 reps.

i workout about 3 times a week for 1-1.5 hours and this is what i split up, what do you guys think?

1 - squats & legs/shoulders
2 - deads & back
3 - bench & arms

It's good to have them go simoultaneous together, but personally, I like to have my back touch the bench first before the dumbbells go up (my back touches the bench first by only a split-second before the dumbbels go up, its almost immediate). That way, you are alot more stable when you are lieing flat on the bench versus trying to get it up when you back is still in mid-air. Do it gradually, and always keep your arms flexed in the process, never lock out your arms, and never let the dumbbells go past your shoulder, always keep your arms slightly ahead of your shoulders. If it gets past your shoulders, its gonna be your sticky point, and ur strength levels drop like a fly.. So never let it get past your shoulders

Often times when people thrust up the dumbbells too quickly, they put too much sudden pressure onto their rotator cuffs, and it causes them to lose control over the weights, especially when dealing with heavy weights.

Each to their own, but this was how I managed to do 3-4 reps of 120 lb dumbbells at 168lb bodyweight...

I, Bodybuilder - Phase 3 - Legs (Second week in)

Focusing on core and legs for this months phase. Looking proportional so far. Maybe more calve thickness would do.

So close to that single plate overhead press. I've been getting used to flexing my glutes while pushing and it feels a lot better on the lower back.
Lifting shit over your head feels alpha as fuck.

If you saw my fasted workouts you wouldn't be saying that

It's only the single limb days that are bad, since it's basically twice the volume

First and last day having breakfast, let's see if it makes me pass out
