Learn the false grip - that helped me tons. I couldn't do muscle ups until I could do a pullup with 90 lbs on me.

if anything squatting above parallel puts more pressure on knee joints, i tried quarter squats before..... had to ice knee for a while, never again

Started deadlifting with only the bar a year ago. 6 months into working out maxed at 185x1 with good form. Was lazy as fuck and didn't workout for 5 months. Started working out a month ago and told myself I'm going to fucking kill these weights.

295x1 deadlift today. 315x1 in 2-3 weeks. COME AT ME BRO

Does the bar has to be straight?

The gym I usually go doesn't have straight bar but it does have some extended bars thats go at angles for specific workouts.

So far any else?

I'm adding sit-ups, plank, and hanging leg raises into my workout plan

And can somebody recommend me the reps per set? i'm not sure if i should do 2 or 3 sets...

No offense, but you are being an idiot.

Stop looking for pre workouts to do all the work for you. If you don't "feel anything" then stop dosing yourself with super high amounts of caffeine all the fucking time!

800mg+ of caffeine before what I assume is a strenuous workout. Do you know what kind of disaster you are inviting?

I am seriously recommending you skip your workout today. You almost took a GRAM of caffeine. Relax bro.

Shouldnt be said, but no alcohol as well.

No offense taken, but I feel the need to clarify myself. I'm not one of those guys that "lets caffeine do all the work for me"(that just makes me sound like a lazyass), I put in 100% effort into each and every one of my workouts. I doubt even the strongest preworkout out there will get me from a 60 lb flat bench to a 110 lb flat bench in a short 2 month time frame.

I just thought i'd give the preworkout thing a try, hoping that it might give me the extra 10% boost for drop sets and lactic acid buffer... 2 scoops did end up giving me the energy I needed but I wasn't crazy and slamming/dropping weights... Stealthy couldn't really feel it, so each person is going to have their own reaction/tolerance to any kind of preworkout supplement... A bunch of fails and a guy telling me I'm an idiot isn't going to change that fact.. No I won't be dosing myself on a regular basis with a shitton of caffeine (even though there are people out there that do that).. today was an exception... heck, I don't even drink coffee.. I'm well aware of what caffeine can do to you, but gimme a break, it's my first preworkout supp, I'm sure most here have tried 2+ scoops at some point...

/supp discussion, no more supp talk

I presume so. Prior to sleeping on my back funny I did 3x10reps of 315 squats and I figure my form slipped a bit and I butt tucked on the last set. Its more of a muscle soreness when I squat down into that butt tuck position now. I couldn't even deadlift 2 plates today without discomformt. Oh well it looks like I get to bench and arms eve4yday untill my loer back gets back to normal
