If you guys think fitness/health clubs have douchey guys, I suggest you make a visit to the gyms in the community centers. It'll make you appreciate the working out in a fitness/health club more...
There's a fair share of douches in practically any gym, but if they don't disturb me or disrupt me too much during my workouts I don't really care... If it gets to the point where their douchery ticks me off(has happened many times) i let em know and they stop...
One thing I cannot stand however, is a gym that is overcrowded to the point where I have to wait to do an exercise and ruins my entire workout routine...
There'd be a day where i'd plan to do a light chest workout and an intensive leg workout. I'd finish doin chest, and decide to work on legs... I'd find out that all the squat racks are taken, and there is no room to do lunges... So I go back to my bench, and realize my bench is taken up as well... There was a goddamn lineup for the squat rack... for fucks sakes, a LINEUP...

anyone else depressed with their height around the 20+ish age?? feels bad man... seeing an inch progress the past 2 years.... currently 20 but will never reach 5"10 when did you guys stop growing?  depression seems to be kicking in while i am working out

Just came back from the gym, usually there are no douchebags at my gym, but then today when 1 out of a group of 3 guys in their early-mid 30's started climbing on the squat rack and attempted to hang upside down just to show off to his friends I guess. He had trouble getting back up and almost slipped off when one of his buddies helped him regain an upright position.
Is it wrong for me to have liked to see him fall and snap his neck?

to the asian LG with a tramp stamp on the leg curl machine. Thank you gave me extra strength for my 225lb deadlift. Those tight tna short shorts helped
