Went to SC for a late night back session with a friend, and decided to do some bench after while waiting for him to finish.

Felt good so I added a 5lb plate on each side, and hammered out 255x1.
On top of this world!!! And on the plus side, I'm now officially benching over 100lb above my BW
Oh, and here's some updated photos. Tricep picture is contrasted a bit; original photo was lost after I sent in my phone for repairs.

Gonna start a slightly different rep scheme/program. Basically a bastardized version of the 5/3/1 but more emphasis on power cleans and less assistance exercises since i don't have that much time. also i consider front squat as important as back so it will be a big lift too. expecting big gainz and overall crazy explosiveness.
