Question for all you veteran lifters..

When I am working out 5 - 6 days a week I am a steady 190 - 193 lbs.. I am 6'1 by the way.. But when I take my rest day or rest days (2), I seem to lose like 8lbs and start the lifting week at like 185lbs.. But after a day of lifting I am back to my regular weight.. The weight measurements are taking when waking up before anything..

My question is WHY is this happening? Not on creatine or anything but I eat like crazy and am taking the appropriate carb and protein intake everyday.
I am a diabetic btw and take insulin as well..

Any suggestion on how I can stop this from happening?

TIA

Do you drink water when working out? Generally speaking when I tell people my weight I usually tell them the lowest I've been over a week. My weight fluctuates up to 7lbs per day.

hmm interesting.. i guess that could be the issue.. it just doesnt happen on my workout days and i stay around 192ish on those days.. give or take 2 or so pounds.. i was just concerned because of the massive drop on off days..
I guess water could be the cause.

Yup weighing every day becomes neurotic. Fuck I lost 2 lbs. No you didn't. Use the mirror to judge progress not the scale.

The scale only tells you your weight. 2 people the same height both weighing 200lbs will look unreal different one at 6% bf and one at 15%

It's all about the mirror bro.

I like heat because it relaxes the muscles and is comforting you should still be able to do some leg workouts, but no PR one rep max shit. Stretch is the key

What alwYs fucked me up was sitting on the couch. I'd cross my left leg under and sit on it. Over the years I've lost alot of the flexibility and I've started doing yoga to hopefully help. Although it will be a long process..:

My left side is also the side that's giving me trouble...
Give this a try (if you haven't already) I found it today and I noticed a lot of my hip tightness is already going away and is now allowing me to be a bit more mobile!

This is also good for squatting and people who have a problem with knees caving in.

Ya i know it's just the tip of the iceberg, I always knew that they run a TON of gear I just never knew they did synthol haha, guess I just have a really bad perception of it because of those "synthol freaks" that don't even lift lol. Read a pretty interesting thing that said the synthol actually increased the fascia to make it easier to pack on more size lol
