been following this thread all along and havent posted yet. at this point im speechless. :facepalm:
telling people that they are dealing with OP directly when all they're saying is "come in for a talk"
just when you think they cant be any worse they decide to bail. but no worries, thats just more time for us to spread the news.

hopefully they wont offer you some shitty deal when you walk in. OP definitely deserves a new car or a full refund. sadly if they were to do that they wouldve probably done it right away days ago. expect the best and be prepared for the worse OP. good luck.

Thank you for the support everyone,

I have emailed Warren (GM) as well as CC-ing Subaru of Canada on regards to my demands.

Hopefully, a new car is acceptable at this point.

1. Wasted my month's worth of time
2. the problem is still not fixed
3. the problem has become permanent
4. I have the full intention of buying out the car, why would i want it repainted just to have the value decrease significantly.

I can't believe I have to deal with so much shit.

Near impossible, but still possible, if a new car is not possible (which it probably isnt), i would consider a repaint and a really big settlement.

i have one suggestion, after reading the GM cancelled his appointment with you bc it does not work with his schedule or whatever his excuse may be.

bring a lawyer. nip this in the butt at the first meeting, whenever that happens. Dont let them play games, dont give them the opportunity to offer a remedy. Go there, with a lawyer, and demand a new car. this is ludicrous.
