OK. FULL STORY UPDATE: Because batman. I walked in with my mother (who is my cosigner), I met with Warren, Jill & Mark who are from Subaru Canada. It was tense at first arguing back and forth what was happening, it seemed like it was getting nowhere. The car was initially decided it was going to be going to another professional detailer, I was not pleased, as I have had enough off time with the vehicle after a month, I really did not want to have to bring it in/out/in/out again, as there was no guarantee if the vehicle could be fixed. I then brought up the refund, in which Warren immediately declined, stating he wished to keep me as a customer and will ultimately do whatever it is (in his power) to keep me happy. We then talked about the money spent fixing the car ($300), he said that would of course be refunded as it declined the vehicle's condition instead of fixing it. After going through all the possible contingencies, it was getting tense. After all was said and done, we have indeed worked out a solution that was reasonable as well as fully satisfying my need as a customer. I will be continuing my purchases of Subaru from now on! (had lost faith about 10 pages back) I thank you all for the full support, please put your pitchforks and torches down as it has been resolved, I am a happy camper, as well as the owner of a brand new 2012 Subaru Impreza.... .. WRX.... ...STI..... ..sport tech.... ...white c: I told them not to touch the car, only to remove the plastic, to fulfil their PDI agreement, so you will not be hearing any more QQ out of me unfortunately.
