honestly this doesnt restore my faith in richmond subaru.
seems like they replaced the car as a PR move more than because they wanted to.
one things for certain, i'll never step foot in that dealership and will steer my friends away from buying cars there too.

Glad you got a new car and can put this behind u now and enjoy the STI.

Richmond subaru still is sketchy as hell, if it wasnt for social media the outcome would be very different he will probably tell you to F off like he did before. Which is why everyone i know will not be going there for anything.

My wife is not a car person but she is still mad at Richmond Subaru because it took this long to resolve it. She said she cannot imagine how much stress you went through. She thinks you should get paid for your stress on top of the new car! She also said, she would never buy a car from Richmond Subaru after hearing about your horrible experience!

He is apologetic because he may get fired for screwing up this bad. And like I said before, Subaru Canada has to protect the reputation of the BRAND, so I'm glad they forced that douche to do the right thing by you.

Yo belaud I'm really happy for you and Imma let you finish but... you do realize that now the workers at Richmond Subaru have even more incentive now to rip the shit out of the car before you take delivery, right? I guess that kind of stuff is inevitable but now that you've caused them this much grief I would think that they're not going to let you get away that easily...

Richmond Subaru is still a shit dealership and im still going to boycott it. Someone shouldnt have to go through all this grief when they buy a brand new car.. not to mention the service they provide to other customers as well. :heckno:
