Derek Roy would look like a great pickup, he would be a 2nd line center on most teams so would be a great fill-in for Kesler, maybe even take his spot so Kesler can go back to his 2-way days and efficiently play the 3rd line, they could switch depending on performance.

Expensive/high cap hit for a 3rd liner..reportedly wants 5-6M/year.

Too small, injury prone, doesn't play the Canucks style.
