huh, didnt know hockey prospects were this weak in the gym

but i guess there isnt alot of horizontal pressing in hockey

In hockey, it's all about core strength...

yea hockey is first and foremost a skill sport, so it makes sense

but i guess you could deliver some vicious cross checks with a huge bench lol

NA hockey is more tilted towards grit with regards to finesse
european more towards finesse

anyways, JS having a strong bench probably indicates he would be strong in other facets as well. squat, deadlift. ---> no doubt core strength
definitely an asset, esp for someone 5'9

benching is more of a bro lift though i do agree lol

U should see the numbers they would be able to squat, they would be very impressive.

I was doing the same but weighed 180, a full set of 15 as well.

^ 20 lbs more is a huge difference... lol

I'm aware of that but I was doing full sets ;) still thats a fuck load of weight lol
