we have another rider down between Victoria and Marine East bound and the next side street. Knight Street off ramp to Marine East is backed up. Take alternate route if possible. Looks serious. Sedan and a black sports bike w/gold forks involved.

Hope rider isn't injured too badly.

Ride safe all.

any crash you can walk away from is a good one. My heart sank lower and lower as I approached the scene, and then I saw the downed bike pretty much flat on its side with all hazards blinking. Rider must have been transported away already as I didn't see anyone but cops setting up cones, redirecting traffic, and photography tripods to record.

sigh.

This makes me sick. I was literally a light behind that bike, turned off to Chevron to get some gas, and thought to myself that riding at night really is not my thing anymore.

Passed by the accident 15 minutes later. Can't shake the eerie feeling that I had. The emergency crews were very quick, and I knew somehow before passing that it was a rider down :-(.

I won't, I know what I'm looking for and what I feel it's worth in this market. I guess the most frustrating part for me is I try and be upfront as possible and I was a serious seller (bikes sold now) and I'm a serious buyer with cash in hand no financing or fucking around. The price point I'm looking at is almost at that point where most buyers wouldn't bother, they'll go finance brand new for 25-30% more and I see all the same bikes in this range sitting and not selling for that reason. I don't play games or fuck around if I say I'm going to buy or sell something I will be true to my word. I like to negotiate first either through phone or email because I don't want to waste the persons time or my own but when we come to an agreement I'll stick to it as long as everything checks out as advertised.

I bought my last two new cars like this, I bought my last bike like this as well. There isn't always a deal to be made and that's totally fine. Just tired of all the flakes buying and selling. The problem is all these idiots clearly think their time is so much more valuable then mine because they keep wasting mine.

I'm more of a fan of riding at night for some reason... less cars less frustration and less stress.

Agree with those points, however I find there are more econoboxes that try to race or do impound speeds. Marine at night is a good example. Also at night it is less annoying to go out in proper gear, so yay for that lol!

sad to hear about that rider... unfortunately I didnt witness but speed was probably not a factor as he was just going traffic pace.

simply put, not all states require a helmet when riding a motorcycle. some states have stipulations.

There was one state for a short period of time had the laws

On a bicycle you had to wear a helmet but on a mc you did not.
