Flacco traded to Bengals, gosh, Bengals must be desperate if Flacco is an upgrade to what they have. He's doing the AFC North Tour.

SkinnyPupp 10-07-2025 06:24 PM

Yeah that's insane.. did they not see him play this year?

Ravens also cut bait on Odafe Oweh, trading him to the Chargers for a Safety which will allow Hamilton to move back to the Star position where he can use his freakish tools properly. It also clears up like $7 million of cap space so I don't think they're finished trying to salvage this season.

They also signed CJGJ to the practice squad... Dude can play but is such a headcase that he can't stay on a team. So that will be fun

A good recap for those who don't follow CFB closely

Who knew Bill Belichick would be a disaster at UNC? Anyone paying attention.

Quote:

Tar Heels boosters intent on making a splash hired the eight-time Super Bowl winner to lead their program. An actual college football coach would have made more sense.
Here's an even better article from local media

Divided locker room, disastrous results: Players, parents blame Belichick culture for UNC problems

Quote:

Multiple sources with knowledge of the inner workings of Bill Belichick's program say that UNC football's losses are a product of a divided locker room, a disorganized coaching staff and a failure to communicate.

GAINTS are a fun watch now! :awwyeah:

Dart saving HC's job.

SkinnyPupp 10-09-2025 07:27 PM

I think it pretty much is Daboll's job to develop the rookie. They just didn't expect Russ to suck so much that they had to start doing it early.

He's still green, but he's clearly a Dude.

Also the Eagles need to figure their shit out or this season is going to get away from them like 2023.

68style 10-10-2025 07:35 AM

Forget Dart, this Skattebo guy is like the little engine that could hahaha how does someone that small push his way through so many massive dudes

Missed watching the Lions and Chiefs game.

Comments from fans online mention the very biased penalty calls in favour of KC.

Lions won the fight at the end of the game. However, they lost the game.

I watched 3 games so far

Jets vs Broncos was legitimately one of the worst NFL games I ever watched. Jets are a completely unserious team from the start, signing Justin Fields as their starter tells you that. And with a new coach, you don't expect the new system to be up and running immediately. But this is a total disaster so far. I don't even know what to think of the Broncos here. Maybe just a weird Europe game

I watched the 40 minute version of the Ravens game, and it actually wasn't a complete disaster defensively this time. They kept the high power Rams down to 17 points, and even created turnovers. And Henry was running wild. Problem is the backup may be even worse than Browning, even though he looked competent on the Cowboys

Lions vs Chiefs was entertaining, and the Chiefs are the Chiefs. Once the Lions are forced to rely on Goff's dropback game, they are basically toast. 2 score lead is plenty.

68style 10-12-2025 08:51 PM

Can Ravens even climb out of this hole at this point? 1-5 is a fuckin brutal start.

Their O/U was 9.5 or 10.5 before the season started.. So that's 6 or 7 losses total. I'm of the mind that it doesn't matter when the losses come, because so much of it is based on circumstances like injuries, opponents, etc.

In the end all that matters is winning enough to get into the playoffs and have everyone healthy and playing well enough at that time to go on a run.

Anyway, I was mostly unspoiled for today's games, so I chose to watch Panthers vs Cowboys. Turned out to be a great choice! There were a few moments of unseriousness, but I like what they're doing now, building around Bryce

whitev70r 10-13-2025 07:18 AM

Just watched highlights of Cowboys vs. Panthers, pretty fun game of back and forth. Do the Panthers have a stud in running back? Pickens can be quite electric, personality/character aside, his after catch yardage is something special for a receiver. Too bad all that came with a L. I realize this is play for contract year but let's see when the Diva personality comes out, it eventually will with a few more L's.

Watched a little bit of the Det vs. KC ... not as close as I thought or wanted. Turned out to be a tad of a yawner. Same with SF and TB, was expecting a close game there too but didn't turn out that way.

Mayes out at NE is really coming to his own, signs of maturity, good future ahead.

Ravens ... don't know how their backups can be that bad, I mean Cooper Rush seemed like a good bet as backup but why is he so terrible? What if Ravens would have kept Flacco as backup, could they eek out a win here or there while Lamar is injured? Now Cincy hopes Flacco can be Steelers killer next week. Can Ravens catch up, I think so, so far it's just 3 games difference, when they do play Steelers and if they can win, those head to head W's will be counted for tie breakers. Lots of weeks left.

FIRST PLACE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS :awwyeah: :awwyeah: :awwyeah: :awwyeah: :awwyeah:

So if the Bills, Ravens, and Bengals all suck this year, who the hell is going to be able to beat the Chiefs in AFC? The Patriots? Steelers?

whitev70r 10-13-2025 08:29 PM

Any team can beat Chiefs if the refs were fair.

Maybe Indy Colts ?

GO PATS GO! :awwyeah::awwyeah::awwyeah:

Drake Maye is playing well. Stunning performance for the Drake.

He has thrown for more than 200 yards per game so far in all games this season. Passing rating is topping 100.

I'm happy with the franchise's rebuild so far.

Belichick can go fuck himself along with his UNC team for locking out the Patriots coaching staff from UNC haha. Well, at least he gets some young bootie call with his gf Jordan despite the nightmare of a season for UNC haha. :Pbjt:

SkinnyPupp 10-16-2025 07:34 PM

3 Thursday night divisional upsets in a row!

I'm happy for Joe. I hope they beat the Steelers one more time and lose the rest KEKW

whitev70r 10-16-2025 09:02 PM

The trade for Flacco was worth it ... :lol. Steelers killer. He was good tonight, why wasn't he playing like that for Cleveland? Or was the Steelers D just shitz? Cincy was moving up and down at will. Granted Rodgers had a decent game in this Geriatric Bowl.

He didn't have Ja'Marr Chase setting a new reception record while making 16+ catches! He even had a couple drops on top of that LUL

I can't believe my Broncos pulled off that win yesterday, 33 points all in the 4th quarter, 2 completed 2pt conversions, NYG missing 2 point after kicks... both a calamity of errors by the NYG and a complete reversal of game energy by the Broncos.

pastarocket 10-20-2025 12:16 PM

Another win for my Pats! Drake Maye continues to play well.

Those 49ers won too thanks to their RB McCaffrey.

San Fran is a resilient team. -gotta hand it to the Niners for overcoming injuries to Purdy, Pearsall, Fred Warner, Bosa, and Aiyuk.

Who would have thought the 49ers would be at the top of their division with a record now of 5-2?

That was the WTF game of the week !!

Just watched highlights and it was kind of fun watching the Dart kid, he runs around, makes plays up, throws it downfield and he gets a completion. Right now, it looks like a hot fun mess, it they can put some structure into their overall game, NYG will have some success. They remind me of the Lions, one year they were playing well, but losing games. Next year, they locked things down and then have been consistent since. Not totally the same but the possibility is there.

That was one of the craziest quarters of football I've ever seen. Maybe the craziest!

I watched about half of the Rams blowing out the Jaguars but I was really tired after travel, and the game sucked anyway. I think Trevor Lawrence's main issue at QB is that he's literally a dumb jock. He's just stupid!

Didn't watch anything live this week (again, too tired!) but was unspoiled so started with Panthers at Jets. I like the Panthers as a rebuilding team to follow, since I think Bryce Young is a great point guard type QB and fun to watch. They have a long way to go, but they're on a 4 game win streak now. Jets stink. Hiring Justin Fields was proof that they had no intention of winning any games this season.

Dolphins got blown out by the Brownies of all teams, which had most people expecting a coach firing but nope, not yet. This game sucked too so I switched

Switched to the Cowboys blowing out the Commandos. I think Dak is the MVP so far this year

And capped it off with the 49ers winning, which sucked.

Kind of a shitty NFL weekend, aside from the Broncos comeback. Hope today's games are better

whitev70r 10-21-2025 07:44 AM

At least one of the Seattle teams won last night :lol

Detroit soundly defeated the TB Bucs in the earlier game for NFC supremacy.
