-Paige should've gone home instead of Willie Jones; we don't need a less talented Rhianna.
-David Corey is good, but he's just a Bruno Mars rip-off; so I agree with him going.
-Beatrice is nothing special and should've gone home instead of Diamond White. And between Diamond White and Arin Ray; Arin Ray should've gone home, however, I only say this because I personally feel that Arin Ray looks like a massive douche and will probably grow up to be a woman-beating Chris Brown or Ike Turner.
-Sister C should'nt have gone home. They're not very exciting to watch, but they sound great. Most importantly, they sound great as a group singing together; and isn't that the category? 1432 or whatever the fuck they're called comes across as so fake and so forced, it's just 5 girls taking turns singing, pretending to enjoy being in a group.

IMO, Paige, 1432, Beatrice all need to go home asap so the competition can start

lyric 145 and 1432 needs to go ASAP

Seriously? Lyric 145 is pretty good IMO.

Lyric 145 is good, but they won't stand a chance against the singers.

If cece puts that leopard on her face again, I hope she's out next week.

I really didnt know anything about Demi before this show except for her songs, but she is annoying as fuck! She has done a horrible job mentoring. It seems like she's sabotaging her group to the point of humiliating them.

Soundy 11-09-2012 08:47 AM

As much as the over-the-top "flamer" act annoys the fuck out of me, Jason Brock was ten times the talent and showman that CeCe is. I'm stunned that Simon kept her around. Actually, I'm stunned that any of them kept her around. Talk about your hot mess.

And WTF is up with the caterpillars on her face?

I'm not that impressed with this season at all, last year was way better.

TOS'd 11-16-2012 12:33 AM

As well as the overall flow and production of the show, seems to be pretty crap.

Am I the only one who wants to grab a bat and take that smarmy smile of Mario Lopez's face? Whose bright idea was it to put him and Kardipshitian on as co-hosts anyway? Idol got it right from the start with Seacrest - much as I want to sometimes, I can't dislike the guy - and it seems every knockoff reality talent show since then, the hosts just get lamer and stupider and more annoying.

Ronin 11-16-2012 01:42 AM

They should just hire Cat Deeley and be done with it. She's got nothing to do when SYTYCD isn't on. She's hot, blond and a great host.

No-brainer!

Watching this on the early channel... don't miss tonight's show: it's the Thanksgiving special and everyone is dedicating their songs to someone special in their lives.

All were really intense performances, quite a few people had trouble getting through their songs because they were so emotional.

DO NOT MISS: Vino and Carly. Carly's up last and just blew the doors off everyone else. They said she was only 1/3 of 1% behind Tate for #1 spot last week... if this doesn't put her WAY out in front tomorrow, something is wrong.

Oh yeah... CeCe still needs to go. Soon.

I feel that way as well. I was pretty choked David Correy got voted off. I thought he was better than half the people that are still on the show as of now.

The only one that is amazing no matter what is Carly Rose.

And yeah Cece needs to go, she's actually really boring on stage

cdizzle_996 11-21-2012 08:55 PM

Carley Rose...

End of story.

Told ya.

Carly Rose.

/show.

Ronin 11-21-2012 09:35 PM

Oh fuck off...this isn't even fair. She sounds studio or stage ready already. You can tell other people make mistakes but that's flawless. Maybe on that last note she sort of lost it but it's still amazing and she's only going to get better.

Burn that stage down. Who's gonna follow that? Yeah, they put her last on purpose. No one wants to follow that. They heard that in rehearsal and they were like "Yeah..."

Even if she doesn't win, she's gonna play Cosette in Les Mis on Broadway for the next 15 years.

EDIT: Nevermind. This is pretty amazing too. And he sang about the USA...on Thanksgiving weekend? Yeah, 'Mericans aren't gonna vote for that.

Shit, that's great.

I wonder how it feels to be Demi or Britney and see real talent up there instead of their autotune.

Watching the country guy now. I can dig a little country sometimes...that song isn't my cup of tea but I can appreciate that that dude has a really great voice.

Diamond White...a little boring when she isn't wailing on the high end but sounds great when she does.

The thing with that last note, she didn't take enough breath to hold it out... but where anyone else on the stage would have fallen apart at the end, she just cut it off clean, on the beat - made it sound like that's how she meant to end it. Like a boss. Girl has natural pro chops.

Right now there are producers at CBC wishing they coulda got her first... Over the Rainbow - Search for Dorothy

Vino Alan Blesses the USA - THE X FACTOR USA 2012 - YouTube

Shit, that's great.

Yeah, the wife pointed out, he's probably done that song a hundred times already, playing for the troops.

The real thing that stood out about Carly Rose and Vino (and Tate too, in fairness), is that they did emotional, deeply personal songs, and put all the feeling into them, but DIDN'T FALL APART. You got that, CECE DRAMA QUEEN??

Fifth Harmony did pretty good too - like I said before, they really need songs that show off their distinct voices, and they managed to pick a good one tonight.

Yeah, totally. She doesn't miss by much but she does.

Beatrice is perfectly fine for a kid singing but she's not in the same class as Diamond White, let alone Carly Rose.

LOL

But her story is sad.

...and she's not very good.

I mean, not to belittle anyone's pain, and it IS a really sad story, but seriously... CeCe is the biggest drama queen, so OF COURSE she has the saddest story!

But the thing about being a pro is that you still gotta hold it together for the performance. Paige did pretty good up until the end. CeCe was a wreck all the way through.

fliptuner 11-21-2012 10:10 PM

Rich, full voice, hits the notes and excellent stage presence. Can't ask for much more out of her (Carly Rose).

I did like Diamond and Beatrice too but not on the same level.

Ronin 11-21-2012 10:12 PM

Boy band isn't half bad this week.

fuck i cant stand CeCe. when she cries, it seems like she's forcing it... even her mom, in the interview part when she was talking to CeCe. they seem so fake. sad or not, its hard to cheer for this hyena.

really choked that Beatrice got voted off instead of leopard face. but definitely glad Arin Ray is finally gone...
