Maybe in those circumstances...after a check of your driving history. My favourite excuse for not producing was the one used before ICBC started getting serious about some sort of consequences ffor repeated 215 suspensions for failing a RSD at roadside....." I haven't picked it up from the Cop shop after my last 215"....and I didn't make that up.
