Would it be crazy to say this guy should be suspended the remainder of this season + 25-41 games of next season?

I think that's lenient considering this guy doesn't even deserve to stay in the NHL any more.
If I recall correctly its because technically Cooke is not considered a repeat offender according to their standards, I forgot how long its been but if you don't get a suspension for X amount of time they don't treat you as a repeat offender.
