Are hybrid hunters obsolete? I decided to try it out after seeing Firebat use it in a tournament, but I've had very little success with it. I had to make some adjustments because I don't have haunted creeper, quick shot, mad scientist, or loatheb, but I don't see how that can make such a big difference. Man... I should've invested my dust into a dragon priest instead of a control shaman.

It depends on the meta. Right now your opponents will be 90% secrets paladin, 9% hunter, and 1% other stuff. So build something around that (dragon priest is great)

I had great success with Dragon priest last season. Been playing Control warrior thus far and starting to always run into either a mirror or priest . Where are all the aggro decks??

Dragon priest is ok but I found it boring. And if you don't draw well and play on curve you just lose.

I run a face hunter deck without Mad Scientists and I do fine.
Never bothered to try hybrid hunter..

It's going to be much worse now, because with Patron only the more skilled players bothered to learn it. With Paladin any idiot can play and win with it, and it's pretty annoying to play against if you don't have a deck made for it.
