I've been stuck around ranks 3 and 2 the past few days. The patron warriors are especially frustrating for a druid but I think I know how to deal with them now.

Rhonin, The Mistcaller, Bolf Ramshield, and a Golden Icehowl.
Got the 50% off Classic packs from Team Archon so I've got plenty of dust from that.
Probably going to craft a Varian and Chillmaw

OK finally played against some hunters using new cards, and it's 10X more annoying. Playing around bear trap and explosive fucking SUCKS.

gonna open them packs tonight if my computer remains trouble free. just spent 3 hours or so trying all sorts of options to get it up and running. then it decides to boot up just fine after another restart. fml.

Got 500th win with Dragon Warrior, against Patron AGAIN (did the same with freeze mage)
This deck is really good against it but he was 1 damage off lethal with 2x24 attack berzerkers.

I didn't run into a lot of old decks in the few ladder matches I played last night. It was around rank 11 though. Been trying to make a Dragon Control Warrior. Still need to craft Chillmaw though.
My wife opened her packs last night and she ended up getting 5 legendaries in 50 packs -.-

Yeah that was mostly right after launch, people have started playing new cards now.
Here's my dragon warrior if you want to give it a try. It's really greedy so won't do well against face decks. 
I played around with Deathwing but it was rarely a factor. It can be a desperation play, but the opponent will usually have a way to deal with it.
You might want to try Varyan Wrynn in there but I don't have it. Could use Gromm too

Played the priest legendary a few times now...
1) It drew a 1/7 bolvar. I was already losing that match, so just conceded
2) It drew Nexus Champion Saraad. I was already winning that match, so they instant conceded
3) It drew Tirion. It got hexed
4) It drew Thalnos. A powerful minion could have won the game there
