They are anti ester drugs (arimidex and clomid) used to counteract the effects of testosterone aromatizing into estrogen. When taking testosterone the body often gets estrogen buildup which often appears in the nipples. You take an anti estrogen to counter this. Seeing as how he was using TRT this would be common to counter any side effects.

My guess is he wasn't on "TRT" at the time, but a full out cycle. That's what everyone has to do now that TRT is banned. However he had to come off mid cycle which probably is why he needed a pct cycle... I guess? I can't imagine the prescribing This stuff for normal TRT doses

That was exactly my thoughts too. TRT doses should be nowhere near enough to warrant an anti ester.

The only thing I could see him actually using would be HCG coming off cycle.
