anybody with a OPO have their phone signal cut in and out regularly? like every day it'll happen at least twice where it says NO SIM CARD for about 20min then out of the blue it'll come back like nothing happened

really strange, i can't think of what could be causing it other than software issue.... i'm with Fido if that matters

Try turning off the phone and restarting see if that helps.
Take out the sim card and put it back it.
Try a full reset on the phone
Change to another sim card.

it's a OPO so only 1 SIM card..... unless i'm horribly mistaken

i've reseted it many times already, i'll try taking it out and putting it back in but doubt that'll fix the problem

Check the LTE band it might not have the band for your network.

I'm not sure, I haven't ordered a phone since the OPO came out. And since then they have changed a lot of their payment and shipping things. Still not sure whether or not to buy. OPO still seems to be holding up, so its more of a "want" than a "need" right now.

its $249 USD for phone + $17.63 USD for shipping = $266.63 USD to Blaine. If shipping to Point Roberts, shipping is $35.63 USD so = $284.63 USD total. They must've figured out shipping to PR is more of a pain in the ass. No taxes if shipping within US.

Small problem, all of a sudden my OPO won't open any word or PDF documents. I've downloaded new apps to test out opening attachments and no go. Any ideas or fixes?

have you restart the phone? If you downloaded the doc already try to delete and download it again.

^Try clearing cache on all associated apps (browser, downloads app, file manager, file viewer), etc.

It could also be that whatever you're trying to open is just too big, or there are unsupported elements within the document. Like if someone added a macro to the word document, etc.

So approx. $380 CAD to Blaine with the chance of being dinged at customs vs $400 CAD shipped to your door in Vancouver.
