Ooof ... someone here mentioned that they had Spektrum e-Golf or that's actually how Spektrum started. Here is an interesting specimen, not sure if it a 'good' buy but a unique buy! At least prev owner had the good sense to change the wheels! Does anyone know if by 2019, the range went up? Edit, I looked it up. It went up in 2017 to 125 miles or approx 200 kms. Eariier gen is like 83 miles/133 kms.

no return trip from whistler is no bueno. I can't figure out if there is anywhere you can park in the Village where you can leave it at the charger all day. I need to be able to drive up, day ski and get back without stopping to charge.

I drove a diesel 5-spd Alfa 156 around all of Europe for 2 weeks once... the entire time we had it, my buddy and I never figured out how the climate control system worked.

It never broke down and got 1,000km per tank, but we blew the rear shocks out of it in Rouen, France (birthplace of Joan D'Arc!) hitting a black speed bump in the rainy dark at full speed.

Fun car! Probably not so much with the slushbox or at that price.
