I was at the game tonight, great game. Took my dad for his birthday :)
First time he's been to a game since they played at the Pacific Coliseum.

Calgary was the better team for majority of the night IMO. We were extremely fortunate with that own goal. GG!

It's called regression to the mean. The 'better' team only has something like a 20% better chance to win any given game anyways, advanced stats can't determine as much in hockey as it does for say baseball, at least not until they discover a metric for heart or determination.
