It's so sad, I definitely miss my lude, there's less and less out there now, although the ones on the west coast that I do see are in much better shape than the ones in Ontario.

Missing my lude so much right now :(

Prelude Owners?

Hi folks,
My buddy has 1 new OEM Honda prelude distributor rotor still sealed in case you need it for next tune up. Fits Gen5.

It's $30 at dealer, he will sell for $20. PM me if interested I'll get you in touch for more details.

If it's fits 5th gen then it should also fit 4th gen.
If I find another decent Prelude I'll totally pick that up.... if still available

jaybee 03-25-2017 04:31 PM

That's pretty good, gotta love OEM parts!

Agreed man, agreed. It's been about a year since I sold my second one.

The R33 I have now is a blast, but there's something about the Prelude I miss a lot. Probably the crippling depression of everything breaking but who knows? WutFace

Car probably won't see any rain ever again when I'm driving so it might not be too bad if I did that.

I'll take it! Give it to me! I want a Prelude so bad! :'(

Yea... I don't have 3K I don't have anything
I've gone through every single Prelude ad on CL
I'd like a 5th gen in EGP or EBP and a 4th gen in red
But again, I don't have any money so I'm screwed.

Pick-a-part?

If they're the same from '96 - '01, then it looks like they might have a couple.

Try searched pickapart at Chilliwack, but no silver prelude there. Phoned few wreckers in Vancouver area and still no luck.

Anyone know who is parking out silver prelude??

South Island Imports in Naniamo has 3 5th gens, no colour listed though. Otherwise there's a bunch out east on Car-Part but shipping might get pricey: Search Results

I miss the lude!!! Someone donate one to me please 94-96 SRV :D

Delicieuxz 09-01-2017 10:41 AM

What about just getting one of the non-silver fenders, and then stripping and painting it yourself with spray cans? Looks like it can be done to an awesome result:

Yes, I will paint it myself with spray can. If can find a silver fender, then it is more easy to match the colour. :fullofwin:

check out the few wreckers in Surrey on scott road near the big Lordco that's close to the pattullo bridge.

Ken's Japanese Used Auto Parts
Ken's Auto Recylers

They might have something, it might be worth a shot.
Also check craigslist, I search for Preludes on there all the time and I've seen a few part outs here and there.

There's also a place in Port Coquitlam, J1 Autowrecker, I see them advertising with Prelude parts so you might get lucky there.

If you paint with spray cans, please post the results. I'm interested to see how it came out.

Good luck!

This is supposed to be the exact colour used on a 2001 Honda Prelude.

Dupli-Color Perfect Match Paint, Satin Silver Metallic (NH623M) | Canadian Tire

Don't forget the primer and clear-coat, and polishing the clear coat.

Just saying because I had no idea about any of that stuff a couple of months ago before I painted some of my '99 SiR.

According to this page: http://www.preludepower.com/forums/s...d.php?t=333328

... The colour and colour-code for the 2001 silver Prelude is Satin Silver Metallic NH-623M.

I tried to re-paint the right front corner last year because my dad made a big scratch. It looks good. Over one year, still look good. Like repaint from body shop. That's why if I can find a silver fender and will make my life for matching colour more easy.
