Just got off phone with Google support to look into my phone shipping, it should arrive today at the latest, but still has not shipped.

They put me on hold for 20 mins to investigate and now they realized they are completely out of Nexus 6Ps. They apologized and will be sending a pixel XL 32GB as the new replacement!

I tried asking to pay out of pocket for the 128GB (my Nexus was 64GB), but they declined saying it wasn't possible to do that..

Mines has an arrival date of today, I'll call tmw and see if i can get the same deal.

Had the bootloop issue with my 5X back in early August. I hung on to it for a while thinking I could fix it but couldn't. Usual run-around with LG USA saying without a US address they can't help. Google offered me a refurb replacement outside of my 1 year warranty. Took over 1 week for them to ship but it's finally on its way. Had a white 5X, they're sending me a black one.

Wifey's 5X just started occassionally going into a bootloop today. We've been trying to back up all the photos and videos when the phone gets out of the bootloop. If the bootloop continues to happen though, we'll go through Google and see if we can get a replacement unit -- refurb or not.

Overall, while I am impressed by the 5X performance, the same cannot be said about the reliability. My old man's 5X had a video card / chip problem a few months into the ownership, and Google made us jump through a LOT of hoops and bs before we were issued a replacement unit.

Gonna need some help here. The wifey's 5X has been hitting the bootloop issue hard nearly all day today, so it just isn't usable anymore. Would you please tell me how you are contacting Google?
