take your pick boys.
i think the airbag was an option for the 98+ cars. some of the 98 specs have no radio or airbag.

I think radio was standard on all NA cars. same with rear wiper.

NA cars had the regular rear glass (i think the JDM was thinner)

A/C was a dealer installed option

Add to that North American 97 ITR had no rear wipers. They added the rear wiper for 98-2001 ITRs

Radio was never a delete option in North America. Yes, JPN had the "race base" model in 1998 spec which had no airbags, no ABS, no A/C and no power steering/manual rack from the factory.
My 2000 did not come with A/C from the factory but my friends 2000 PY did have it from the factory. He bought it off my friends dad who ordered it brand new in 1999 from Burrard Acura.

^^I always liked that comparison although the Ferrari wheel has a slightly better design. I like the grip cut-off rather than the ring that follows the circumference of most of the wheel on the '98 spec JDM ITR as it is known for peeling back and looking like poo.

same yet different on that old maserati 3200 GT
speaking of the AC, the dealer installed AC unit on the ITR was a bit different from the GSR. I think i read that years ago on Honda tech, apparently the system was a bit lighter than the standard integra system. maybe the AC compressor itself was unique?

But I think what makes the 01 CDM seats so expensive is because they were the only ITR's that came factory with the red rear seats. People are just paying for the rarity factor not the feel.

I know obviously not the same thing but I would just pull standard Integra seats at junk yard for next to nothing and get it reupholsted if i really wanted matching colours...you can probably get better quality of fabric than sun-faded OEM running $2k because unicorn

Which means the black ITR seats are also Recaro fabric. The weave is the exact same on both seats. Its just one fabric is black and the other is red.

Hope the owner doesn't mind if I post this here.
If I didn't miss this one we could have had a pair of 2001 CDM ITR competing.
