NES classic and SNES classic use the same hardware according to some sites. Wonder if someone will be able to get both to run on one machine.

Actually figured it out, after carefully navigating through FNAC, the order is in transit.
EDIT: also found some more details, it says shipping pending payment of customs duties 09/27/2017 at 17:32

if there are extra customs fees, they usually charge you @ the door when the package arrives

For the guys that ordered from fnac, apparently the product is subject to more duties/taxes. Item is being held in Montreal waiting for payment. I think they are just backlogged with contacting people to pay before they will release the product. I called in and paid $31.17 by Visa. The guy said it'll be picked up by purolater and delivered within a day or two. I think in the end, the EU unit is like $50-$55 more than buying the NA version.

EB games has extension cables for the SNES classic mini
Check EB stores to see if they are still instock
Otherwise wireless controllers are coming out in december

i think between now and and 2018 there will be slim pickings trickling in
Nintendo did a decent job increasing launch day supply for Canada this time...but still nowhere near meeting the demand...literally lol'd when bestbuy and ebgames had online stock depleted in one minute

You can still try your luck but chance are slim.

^ If thats true, maybe wont be such a bad idea to buy now on craigslist for around $200 than waiting till later Especially when christmas comes. I can see the prices shoot up even more.

Awesome, yea they were working through the long list of people about brokerage fees. Mine arrived, packaging was a bit beat up though, small dent in the cardboard retail box. But no big deal.
