From reading around, I think if you're there at open + give or take an one hour, you have a good chance of walking out of most places with one.
Walmart, Best Buy, and EBGames should be fine.

Costco did preorders twice. One a couple weeks ago and again today at 130pm. Gone in minutes.
London Drugs in Victoria will all have about 10-15 of them. Shoppers Drug Mart too.
Walmart is going to have at least 100 per store it looks like (on the island)
