I would honestly recommend against getting something that tall. We have a 7.5ft tree and it's a pain in the ass for me. It's super heavy and the bottom flares so far out that I have a hard time reaching the apex to put on the star. Can't argue though that a tall tree in our vaulted ceiling looks really good.

In the case of a vaulted ceiling, you need a tree like this to emphasize its height. Just use a ladder to place the topper.

wifey has been eyeing this tree for months. she wanted 12 ft with a narrow base. will wait till eveyrone throws away on a deal on FB marketplace in Jan. Costco does have great deal on this tree; does go down to 700 last week of Dec

Home Depot has a similar tree in stock for $823.97 at Strawberry Hill if you want to enjoy it before xmas (1 unit left though).

Not everyone has 2600sqft with 3 rooms that are filled with cardboard boxes, them trees are for.... forhundread sqft condos

Also, why pay 600$ for a tree, when you can get them for free a day after xmas
