They've improved a lot since the last Olympics from what the commentators were saying. It was pretty exciting to watch.
Group A in women's hockey though, looks like a battle of the titans.
Is the Canadian men's ice hockey team expected to dominate this year?

I think the Canadians will not do well at these games. Too much pressure. Don't know why the media and supporters do that to the athletes. Just tell them to "Smile", lol.

Fuckkkk the slopestyle final was soooo sick!
Insane drama and man, the American run was a thing of beauty. One thing the states can do is build cut throat athletes.
Mcmorris would have won for sure if that last jump was clean fuck

Half the runs in the slopestyle were crashes. Imagine if the conditions were letting them stomp everything.

The commentators were saying that it was all man made snow. It looked pretty icy out there.
Dudes out there were giv'in er though. Some of those crashes looks painful.

Props to Red Gerard, at 17 he's the best snowboarder in the world. That's crazy man. Like actually unbelievable.
I was so sad when Sebastian Toutant missed that final jump, He might have gotten gold with that run, it was so clean. Been watching him in videos for so long, and he's so creative with his work, but unfortunately with slopestyle you don't get to see it as much, since so many riders doing the same course.
Also a glaring gap in the finals was Torstein Horgmo, who would always lay it all out on the line. Never seen someone throw all caution into the wind like him and just send it.

Pops to Gerard too for being the only rider to use the side quarterpipes in the middle jump and do something different. The judges had said they wanted to see someone use that but he was the only one.

Great job, Korea! From what I've seen, it has been a great experience for everyone who's been fortunate to be there.
Good move to join with North Korea, because it makes everything go smoothly. Don't know how it came about or who was responsible, but good move, nonetheless.
On a side note, has Trump said anything stupid yet? If the Americans don't do well, he'll probably blame the rest of the world.
