i guess if theres one good thing about the trump era that the left and right can unite on, is that no president is going to be able to get away with the shit every single one of them has done all the way up until now. there is going to be alot more scrutiny and way more effort put into dirt digging and allegations.

welfare 08-21-2018 07:27 PM

So this is what the "Russia probe" uncovers?
Lmao. More cannon fodder for Trump.

Truth is, you could find dirt on any of them if you dig hard enough.

Bill Clinton's "scandal" was just an easier way out than revealing what he was really up to.

I know its hard to keep track of all the scandals and investigations trumps involved in. This is NOT part of the Russia investigation. This is a separate investigation.

Seems like everything trump touches including peoples lives sooner or later turns to sh/t.

So let me see if i have this correct; Trump allegedly paid money to influence the chances of him winning the election?
Is that correct?

If you're going to say someone is wrong, you are the one who has to correct them

Unless it's something REALLY simple and obvious.

It's a criminal case that's is being covered by every news organization in the world. A simple google search of the name Michael Cohen will give you the answer. Took me 20 seconds.

welfare 08-22-2018 11:15 AM

nope. sorry. that's about all i could find.
why don't you explain exactly which law, and how Trump violated it, for us

68style 08-22-2018 01:59 PM

If Trump directed Cohen to pay off Daniels and McDougal, depending where the funds came from, it's a violation of campaign finance law and he's a co-conspirator in a felony.

welfare 08-22-2018 08:26 PM

The funds came from Cohen. He took out a loan on the equity of his home. Then was reimbursed by Trump. All already covered months ago.
Not a campaign donation, so not a violation.

They're trying to say it was a donation because it was used to "influence the results of the election". Good luck proving that when he's filed NDA's multiple times before ever running.
And even regardless of that, the money was paid back by Trump, so it essentially came from him anyways.

They're trying to say it was a violation, being it was a donation above the $2700 individual limit. However, Trump can donate as much money as he wants to his own campaign anyways, so yea.
There really is no case here. Just smoke and hysteria from mouth-frothing democrats grasping at straws to influence the mid terms.

I wonder if your average American cares more about pornstar hush money payouts than they do about being able to run their own business.
No wonder his approval rating amongst blacks has surged to 39%

President Donald Trump has constantly touted the fact that the black unemployment rate is at its lowest point in history under his watch, but that’s not the only impressive statistic he can tout.

Black entrepreneurship has surged to historic levels under Trump. The small business financier Guidant Financial released a report on small business trends for black business owners, and the results are almost too incredible to believe. “Year over year, we saw a 400% increase in the number of African-American owned small businesses” the report reads.

The report also found that 45% of all small business in the country was owned by minority groups this year. This is a massive increase from 2015 when the total percentage of small businesses owned by minorities was 15%.
The largest minority group of small business owners were African American at 19%, followed by Hispanic at 14%, Asian at 8%, and Native American at 4%.

Well, the story of where the money came from has changed at least 3 times that I know of... so I guess we shall see when it goes to court.

There’s no arguing Trump spends a good portion of his days blatantly lying and doubling back on things he’s said previously whenever it’s convenient for him... that in itself is disheartening in a leader.

There’s a counter-article to the business stuff showing those numbers are skewed big-time, I’m too tired to find it right now I’ll have a look tomorrow.

What are you smoking.

First on Air force one he said he did not know of the payments, then on Fox news he said he only knew about them later on but they came directly from him.

How could the payments come directly from him if he only found out later on.

I can't find the specific things he plead guilty to, only that he says Trump had him pay off a hooker to sign an NDA or something (not even sure why that's illegal but hey).

Where does it say he plead guilty to influencing the election at Trump's behest?

Here is the break down of the Cohen charges.

i think my favorite part was seeing the news anchors immediately running out of the courthouse to "break the story".

watch us run because this is important news...because we say it is.

So who should be the judge?

Nlkko 08-23-2018 01:13 PM

What's going on with his "deal" with SDNY is all speculation at this point. I'll believe it when I see the orange fucktard in the orange jumpsuit.

Collusion investigation so far is a nothing-burger. Over 1.5 years and all they get have been small fries. It's been useless. They probably get shutdown at some point.
