From what I understand, this is only targeting it's use in the manufacture of chlorine, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. (asbestos diaphragms)
So unless you're working in one of the plants that manufactures those chemicals, AND not wearing correct PPE/following correct safe work procedures, this rollback sounds a lot scarier than it actually is.

In regard to the Ukraine war and selling people on the Iran war: Notice there is no anti-war music.
