The moderator Chris Wallace lost control of this debate from the get go. He didn't rebuke Trumpy until 1 hour and 13 minutes into the debate for his constant interruption of Biden.

Bunker Boy used the old playbook of rude, aggressive bully tactics to try to get Biden to go off topic in the debate. I laughed when Biden called Trump a "clown". :lawl:

I haven't seen the debate, but I remember when everyone was talking about how Biden would get destroyed in a debate with Trump...

You're using the term 'debate' extremely loosely there - the premise of a debate is you take turns speaking, something this idiot clearly has no grasp of.

When structured properly, you get to deduct all the expenses for the property plus deducting depreciation (on the improvement portion).

So, whatever rent you get, you can deduct all that before calculating what's considered as your "income" for CRA. With the depreciation to claim, it's entirely possible to pay 0 taxes on a rental property.

Many years ago my brother was the head of the tax department at KPMG. He makes us pay all the taxes and then some.
