If it's the same guy, good luck taking him down. He photographs dogs, turns them into a calendar and sells them for charity.

CHARITY

Well you are technically doing what Duke did. Exposing his personal life and social media which pissed him off in the first place.

JSALES 01-15-2019 03:07 PM

Let's not get into that since all his contact info is there

Raid3n 01-15-2019 03:10 PM

to be fair, and i'm not condoning doxing.. but it is public information... just sayin'

Yodamaster 01-15-2019 03:23 PM

I'm patiently waiting for someone with connections and fuck you money to get a VI so this all goes away.

westopher 01-15-2019 03:28 PM

If this did in fact stem from that kid posting his info, I’d suggest taking that down. We don’t need some dumb fucks from here to use that info to harass him and create a bigger problem.

If he didn't want the attention he wouldn't be mounting this campaign.

westopher 01-15-2019 04:03 PM

I’m just saying we don’t need any more ammo against us as a group that is going to make us look like the villain.

Guilty until proven innocent, and proven innocent at your own cost.
Not to mention nowhere in the MVA does it say you can’t work on your own vehicle.

Well, OEM seatbelts that are in different colors other than the standard dark colors are not uncommon now.

:speechless:

Btw, does Cain issue VI at night? Apart from exhaust, it would be harder to conduct his street inspection

TouringTeg 01-15-2019 05:04 PM

GT3RS Do you have any pics of your car? What mods do you have?

westopher 01-15-2019 05:10 PM

It’s a red 991. To my knowledge looks wise, it’s stock.

Answer: Yes.

I got my VI at about 8pm in a monsoon.

In Vancouver or somewhere else? Someone on here said Cain went to Burnaby and beyond

One of the side effects of the rear suspension is that it sags when loaded and when it does, visual camber is quite noticeable. Theoretically I could get a VI, then unload my gear and be completely legal. This could be a good "bait" car deal.

Berz out.

Depends if you're under the max payload or not though.

I don't know why but I've heard from a friend of mine who was in Burnaby during the time of this one incident - His friend called 911 regarding an altercation with someone else and while they expected RCMP to show up, it was VPD... In Burnaby... -shrugs-

This leads me to believe they have some jurisdiction in Burnaby as well...? This was not a follow up case nor any additional information was provided to 911 EComm...

waynetheman 01-15-2019 07:16 PM

It was covered earlier in the thread about jurisdiction but basically the traffic cops can go wherever.

AFAIK the VPD typically stick to their side of Boundary, but they are not required to. At least in BC, police=police, I've seen VPD in Burnaby before.

JSALES 01-15-2019 07:39 PM

They have jurisdiction everywhere, I have a friend who works for Burnaby RCMP who had to chase a guy all the way onto Main street in Vancouver

AzNightmare 01-15-2019 08:16 PM

lol, reminds of the story a few months back where the police had to chase down this guy that ran through the Peace Arch. They didn't catch him until he made it all the way to Kitsilano area, only cause he ended up crashing into a store.

All the cities were crossed.

Lol, I don't know the guy, but to be fair, I did see his post on the Vancouver Porsche Enthusiast Facebook page over the weekend. Someone spotted his car pulled over and posted a vid too.

AFAIK municipal police technically has jurisdiction everywhere within the province. RCMP has jurisdiction throughout the country since they're federally regulated.
