I have my WD 2tb for 3 years and an Iomega 1TB drive for 5 years and they both run great. They are always plugged in too.

Would you recommend that G-Technology hard drive? Seems like only the 10tb has thunderbolt in and output

You guys are downloading wayyy too much porn.

6793026 11-04-2019 07:20 AM

honestly, 1TB is really not enough; who downloads porn now anyways.

if you take photos / videos and have 10 yrs of photos, a mild junior dude backing up their CPU woudl easily be 1TB. If you have 10TB, that's a diff story.

Looking for a new bed frame and mattress. Been too cheap to buy a new mattress, but it's probably why I have back problems LMAO.

Costco mattresses are the equivalent to $1200-$1500 mattresses from other places for half the price. And you’re not locked into some bullshit sleep guarantee where you have to buy a $200 mattress cover etc. Don’t like it after 6 months? Return it.

Do you think Black Friday will have some good cell phone plans?

2 years ago there was a killer plan like $65 10gb unlimited cad calling. Not sure if something like this would happen.

I personally recommend the G-Drives.

Can always get an adaptor / hub if you need certain connection types:

Will that increase the transfer speed? I need it for live video editing.

The HUB can potentially increase your data-transfer speeds if your computer supports USB-C connections.

But keep in mind, these hubs are very generic with some random branding slapped-on.

Quality control on these can be a hit-or-miss.

Never a bad idea to give them a try.
-For reference, I use a similar hub for my macbook pro, and it's been pretty reliable.

I got a Samsung Tab S4 a few months back. I love it, I am a very heavy user for work and school, and the apps i use are very resource heavy and it hasn't slowed down on me once yet.

I bought a mattress from a person who dismantles show suites etc. Been working out good so far, I got a Logan & Cove, a friend got a Douglas, another one got an Endy. Really good deal. PM me if you want to know more.

Right -- I should add that I want to pick up some children toys during BF sale as well. Might as well do my Christmas shopping then when prices are good.

Legos would always be a welcome consideration, though of course I'm open to other options as well.

If anyone see anything, please post here?

Amazon currently has pretty decent sales on select Lego sets.

You need to dig around a bit, and the ones you like might not be on there, but there are a few gems.

Technic Porsche RSR on sale at Costco as well:
