Just don't swallow.

:suspicious:

If you're asymptomatic, then swallow your own load, can you then become symptomatic?

America :rukidding:

Why this ICU nurse stood up to people protesting stay-at-home orders

On her day off from caring for patients in the Banner Health COVID-19 unit, intensive care unit nurse Lauren Leander went to the Arizona State Capitol to meet those protesting the state's stay-at-home order.

Remember when Donald trump said he didn’t want people from “shithole countries?” Pretty ironic.
If they don’t want healthcare to be a right there, they should start refusing it based on people’s actions instead of their financial situation.

Because everything is a conspiracy to some people

I said this would happen on day 1 when China barricaded people in their homes involuntarily. In a way, they had an "advantage" of their people having zero rights, so were able to lock down pretty much 100% to really flatten the curve.

Other countries struggled, some more than others. I think a lot of what we're seeing in America is contrived.

SkinnyPupp 05-08-2020 05:35 PM

Love it when Taiwan donates masks to Canada, whose FOREIGN MINISTER doesn't even name them when mentioning their donation (while China was thanked directly for theirs). JT stepped up and thanked them for it SeemsGood

(the Chinese masks were found to be faulty btw)

Went to Trout lake today and walked a fair distance in between and close to Commercial and Broadway lots of people out. Have acquaintances who are on social media chanting “2-6!” (As in groups of 2-6 people) On their social media hanging out face to face on a blanket in kits etc.

I’d say MAYBE 10% of people I saw out today wearing a mask

ilovebacon 05-08-2020 07:58 PM

^Were screwed. Shanghai and japan are experiencing a second wave at this moment.

Are the same ones who can't sit at home for a few weeks.

westopher 05-08-2020 08:54 PM

edit: LOL fuck me I can't read. You're right.

MarkyMark 05-08-2020 09:49 PM

Too many people are stuck in the "if you give an inch they'll take a mile" mentality. They're unwilling to budge on anything because of the fear that it's just the start of their "freedom" being taken from them.

They can't see the greater good if it slapped them in the face.

They are also the ones complaining the most about the gun ban LUL

By the way:

The curve has been effectively "flattened" in most places, but that doesn't mean things are over. Don't be in such a hurry to return to "normal life". That may not actually ever happen, but let's take it one day at a time.

The SK thing has a bit of a twist because it was a gay guy who visited 5 different gay clubs. Western media obviously doesn't report this but while homosexuality is accepted, for most people it's still hush-hush in Korea.

It's a big deal because closeted gay people are going to be ousted involuntarily now, and most are not coming forth that they may have been in contact. Similar 'circumstances' with members of the cult bullshit near the beginning.
