If you enhance the reflection on the front bumper, the garage door appears to be pretty far away from the car. So its probably a tandem garage below a TH unit, with a window either to a backyard or common walkway.

That's what I envisioned before I moved in to my place. Then I realized I just simply had too many things to store to keep a clean look like that.
Also, I'm clumsy and would spill liquid while working on the car, so that's probably a bitch to clean if I had that kind of floor.

I think the only issue with those tiles is that you can't run a jack on them. The plastic isn't strong enough and the metal wheels will crush the plastic.

When you hose it down, do the channels keep the water from touching the drywall?
