I think he was trying too hard to be a scorer as he seems to put up points in Jr and he had 1 20+ goal season in Utica. Another big bodied player who can't quite put it all together at NHL level

am I annoyed we lost him? Yes I am, but the league is changing for smaller speedy players and his foot speed is a major issue so losing him isn't that big of a deal.

I think the top 6 is fine for now. They are trying to find the right fit for garland in the top 6, and I don’t think he played well with pettersson in the preseason. Chiasson is strictly a fill in until boeser is back, from the looks of things.
