Equally terrible is USA Hockey doing nothing about the situation other than moving Boucher to another family. They didn't report anything to police.

^i was reading the comments, it seems as if u have control of the puck, ur skates are allowed to be offside before the puck crosses the blue line. I think the rule was put in place where if ur skating backwards or dangling over the line that it would be ok.
