No western country has the appetite for boots on the ground. I think the only countries that would do it are Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, and Estonia. There's no limit to Europe's desire to keep sending equipment, I don't think anyone is under any kind of pretense that Ukraine will be paying back anything.
