164k swifties... do they think everybody is from out of town and needs a hotel? |

We were talking yesterday how only the person who bought the ticket can go to the show. If you can't make it, you have to sell it back to ticket master. |

"We live in B.C. B.C. should really stand for Bring Cash" Some people are hustling in order to be able to live in the Lower Mainland? |

She said she has a song called, Paris, and they will be in Paris. It's going to be amazing. |
I think what grinds my gears the most is that most of the people I know that ticket scalp in this city don't even need the money. I had brown buddies even back in the day that would literally buy swaths of tickets for every major concert in Vancouver simply to flip them at a profit, just for party/fun money. I always hated that. There are people who legitimately want to see a given artist, and who knows if it might be the only opportunity for them to see this person. Who are you to think you're so important that you'd purchase 40-50 tickets to yourself to simply force a family or a fan to pay far more? |

It's just gotten much worse. |
Stupid as it sounds, it seemed a lot more fair way back when I was a kid and you'd go to the ticketmaster booth in the morning in the mall and lineup before the mall even opened and stand in line and buy a ticket to something lol I mean even in that case... it's on my to go do the work to get my ticket... and if the scalpers scalp okay fine but at least they put some work in too showing up somewhere and lining up. |
i don't have a major problem with people buying and reselling tickets but i do have a problem with bots and highly organized scalpers that probably hire others to run multiple accounts and buy as many tickets as possible. also i think being able to buy 8 tickets when most people cant even get 2 is kind of silly. i get it, people have 3-4-5 kids sometimes and everyone wants to go, but for every family that brings 8 people there are hundreds of bots that buy 8 tickets for resale. when tickets sell out in 5 seconds and the whole site crashes that's rarely organic. |
Marketing genius. She knows how to connect with her fans (girls, mainly). Sharing her life with them. Check out the video in the link. https://www.target.com/p/taylor-swif...57#lnk=sametab |
So who got the code? Everyone I know is waitlisted, lol |
I got wait listed and I'm not surprised at all lol |
Not a single person reported a W yet |
Wait list.. |
Waitlisted |
Wait, why the fuck is half of revscene on the wait list for Taylor Swift tickets. Page 4 = scalper central (I approve) |
No luck for myself, only on it as an extra lottery for friends that really would want to go. Do know someone that was actually chosen so its not a complete scam :) |
Can't beat the bots. It's in ticket masters interest to sell to scalpers so they they can make money reselling them. |
what so good about this BS |
Kiss was awesome! carry on... |
Waitlisted too. |
Wait listed have yet to come across anyone who actually go through lol oh wells won't lose sleep over this I can't even name a single TS song it was purely for shits and giggles and maybe a chance to see a sceptical. I have gone to a concert at BC Place before but it was tame and I know won't come close to TS or even Ed S, or Coldplay when they came recently. |
Waitlisted. 3 of my coworkers got the code and another managed to get row 1 floors and he's the biggest scalper I know lol |
Crazy, one friend got the code, sold it for $2.5K on FB. That was for an opportunity to que up to buy it. Prices for tickets were cheap though $135 > $438. EDIT: Same dude is listing the code for $4K OBO lol |
