Why would anyone swap a 5.5 into a 43 when the 55 itself is not expensive?
It’s also not very easy to put the supercharger on the non SC engine, I spent a lot of time looking into it… Lorinser makes a kit ($$$$$$$) but it’s a fuckin pain in the ass to do otherwise
Coolest thing I saw though when researching was a c55 with supercharged swap and a manual transmission conversion

Totally, the value is not there.
That said... I prefer the look and ease of swapping.
W202 runs Bosch ME2.0 ECU, so you can do a manual swap without any additional coding or error lights.
M113K and a ZF GS5MT out of a E46 330d all bolts up beautifully into a W202.

I do like the W211 look as well but if I had to mod something having owned one, I'd probably do a 202 just cuz I like the look.
This tune turns a 7G tronic from awful slush box to revmatching and shift like a ZF8; I want to try it.

Did someone say Mercedes swap?
https://m.facebook.com/marketplace/i...ref=browse_tab
Full disclaimer I have zero clue how swappable those motors are, they just sound great.

I recall seeing it for sale last year not by this guy, also not so expensive. I recall it was in the teens low enough to be interested in it.

This lousy Mercedes is butt ugly.

Oh my.
I have to agree with Badhobz. The Alphard is nicer. The setup looks like a 90s half-assed attempt at Dolby Digital home theatre with a Pioneer laserdisc and karaoke setup somewhere underneath.

Can the dealer legally sell this? Isn't this an aftermarket job with retrofitted seats?

Just get an Alphard, the rb odyssey is kinda small, it's more tsx wagon than Van. Doesn't even have sliding doors.

Who wants to pay Ferrari parts prices for their Honda? Just get some normal Brembos.
