seller is cool. has come down a bit since last year when i talked to him. he wanted good 997 money or trade before for it.
my plumber buddy actually sent me this car 2 years ago - it was gathering dust in a warehouse in squam at the time.
my brain still thinks it's a lot for an S52 car, but it is what it is. Just have to a accept what stuff costs now.
there are 3 flavours:
20k zed shoe (biased, great value here)
40k S52 shoe
80k S54 shoe (see tofu)
now mix in that you can get a good Z4M shoe (S54) for 40k also
pick you poison

School me on these, seems like a decent value if you can get one for $85000, big boy v10 sound at poor man's Lambo money. AWD for year round use. But then hoovies is pretty much disassembled at the car wizard for cracked coolant pipes https://www.facebook.com/share/197Vryd3qy/ |

Auto and spyder no bueno. I'd take a manual V8 over an auto vert v10.

I talked Tofu about 1st gen R8. IIRC he said don't get the vert as the top intrudes significantly into interior space and you don't have space to make seat adjustments.

I had one leak and it cost 5k to replace. Then I had a second one go so I got KW's installed at the dealer last year.

I owned a 97 ITR for a short period while I was in university. I couldn’t afford to fix everything up and sold it for like $8K USD, although it had much more KM. Smh

1985 Detomaso Innocenti Turbo $2,750 for both.
I have never heard of this car. Has to super rare. The one in the article is also Canadian and was on sale for 25.5K in 2020 on ebay then it went to bring a trailer. bid up to 13.5K no sale. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...etomaso-turbo/ https://classicmotorsports.com/news/...ilt-de-tomaso/ Quote:
In the mid to late 1980s, buyers had the opportunity to buy, essentially, a Mini that was built by De Tomaso, styled by Bertone, and powered by Daihatsu.
Beginning in 1983, a turbocharged model could even be had that was aptly named the Turbo De Tomaso. Power came from a turbocharged 993cc inline-three that was developed with help from Daihatsu that was good for around 71 horsepower and 70 lb.-ft. of torque.
In 1984, an improved Turbo model was introduced, this time with a turbocharged inline-three built entirely by Daihatsu. This model had a similar power output, but with peak torque closer to 80 lb.-ft. of torque.
| So a UK car with a body designed by and built by Italians powered by a Japanese turbo 3 cylnder. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...type=top_picks
