There was a 240SX from Seattle or AB (I forget which) that got towed back to the border, so yes they can VI you despite having a foreign plate

No, got a warning for no front plate LOL. Guy was parked on the right lane of seymour. I spotted the F150 with canopy cover and as I drove by I noticed the radio equipment on the dash. He pulled out right after I passed and I was like ooop.. that's for me.

I drive by RCMP here on the island in my M2 with no front plate and they do not care. I asked a member once, and they said only the traffic cops () would hand out a ticket for that.

my luck must be horrible, i use to get pulled over all the time for no front plate. most the time they let me go with a warning but after getting 5 i said fuck it, it isnt worth the trouble and money.

I don't mind the front plate, never bothered me except on a specific few cars that look weird with a plate. In terms of a safety and accountability thing, I'm actually all for front plates.

I also don't mind amber side markers and most ppl like to delete them, so I'm just weird. I prefer the extra visibility it provides and most cars have it integrated well enough that it doesn't bother me.

I didn't mind it when my car had a front plate on, but I wanted to see what it looked like without one, and now I can't go back.

I'm with you on the ambers. I left ambers on my car for 3 years before switching to clears, and that was cause I swapped it during the claim lol. I don't love the clears, might go back to ambers tbh.

I think they used to be at one time, but the placement was problematic in an accident

Said goodbye to the M2. It was a great car and was finally all dialed in the way I wanted. But my holy grail popped up for sale and I had to make the switch. I've been hunting for a non diesel F31 wagon since 2019 and have never been able to make a deal as one thing or another would fall through. So I'm happy that it finally worked out with this car.
