It was real dumb cause I was doing something I wasn't supposed to (harhar)

I was pushing the stroller up an escalator. My older one was sitting on it (37lbs). The ramp/runway to get off the escalator was abnormally short on this one, and before I could level the stroller out the front wheels got caught on the ledge. I gave it a almighty push and it tore a ligament(s).

It was all because there was just too many people and the elevator was a 20min wait, I wasn't the only one that was doing it.

I had emergency surgery on my hand years ago. Post surgery it was completely immobile for 2-3 weeks. The amount of muscle mass that just disappeared in that span was shocking to see.

How hard was it to "exercise" using your other hand?

You guys gotta protect your hands better.

Some work safe retard keeps going around saying “hand injuries” are the highest reported injury frequency in the work place. Well no shit since they sit on their hands all day doing dilly squat and stroking themselves for lawls. That or get into fist fights about petty bullshit in the lunchroom.

All the gloves we supplied haven’t really mitigated hand injuries.

Stop buying cars on the mainland so you don't have to celebrate with an all-you-can-eat meal after hahaha

i think the chocolate bars are just a symptom of BMW ownership. It's nothing but stress!

I was hoping EvoFire would make up a fake and wild story oh how he hurt his hand.

got tired of being fat, started a loose macro 4 days ago now.

166.0 -> 162.0 this morning already. Had to add more carbs as I was in way too big of a deficit lol.

Breakfast: French toast (2 XL eggs) with 200g egg white omelette, black coffee
Lunch: 150g Chicken breast (skinless) salad, dressing, croutons
Afternoon: Overnight oats with protein powder and frozen fruits, black coffee
Dinner: 150g Chicken breast (skinless) salad, dressing, croutons

Goal is 156lbs or perhaps a bit lower. Will report back once I've achieved my goal!

Not fitness related, but health related. On Saturday, I woke up and made the conscious decision to quit nicotine with a deadline of end of August. This time around I'm not gonna do it cold turkey and instead, ween myself off by decreasing the nicotine content progressively.

Spoiler!

It'll also be cool to lose some weight by September, but I think I gotta focus on this first before trying to do too much at once.

Right now, if you can get a shipping address in Pt. Roberts, it makes a lot of sense to buy military MREs off Amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F71TXRPX/

24 meals = $78

1 meal a day = 1250 calories

Stick to this diet for a few months and you are 100% guaranteed to lose weight without a doubt, and save money too! I'm going to look into how I can get these MREs into Canada without paying what Amazon.ca wants for them... $240 for 24 meals instead of $78 USD...

i seriously doubt any normal person can stick to a 1 meal a day crappy MRE for several months... that sounds horrible. 1250 calories is a crazy unsustainable calorie intake especially for men.

If y'all can't even stick to a 2-3 meal proper diet + macros

There's no way y'all sticking to a MRE.

The lack of protein will give you a twink build

Guaranteed you will lose weight on a 1-MRE a day meal. If you lift and top this up with boiled eggs, sashimi, roast chicken breasts, steak salads... you will get shredded and look juiced up. Add in some tren and test and you will end up looking like Wes Watson:

You will lose weight on any diet, whether keto, steak and eggs, macro controlled, vegan, or any other wild ass fad, all of these diets aim to lower your daily caloric intake and restrict the foods you can eat, which is why they all work.

The only question is how long can you stay disciplined on said diet, which for most, isn't long.

I was talking to a gym bro yesterday -- he's trying to lose weight and tells me he's taking in 200g of protein daily, I couldn't help but laugh and told him he's nuts.

That's way too damn much.

To me, the key is finding foods you know you can eat consistently and enjoy. Once you've identified that food, go find a high protein recipe on YouTube for it and you'll be on your way.

I've seen high protein, low carb recipes for all sorts of things: pizza, burgers, muffins, etc. Nearly everything has a healthier version of it.

Consistency is key because the more you fluctuate, the more you delay your results. I may not be calculating and weighing everything like before, but I know I'm in a reasonable deficit.

I've heard a side effect of MREs is major constipation.

RCMP friend who ate them for a couple weeks on an operation said he was stopped up for a week. And before anyone gets all weird about it, he was probably eating CF IMPs, not MREs. They all referred to them as MREs though.

I met someone who had a ton of different MREs and I'm not sure of the specifics, but they worked in the food preservation industry somehow. They made me the US Military beef stew MRE and it was fucking spectacular! I've only had the beef stew, but that was seriously fucking tasty.
