life is all about trying, no? There are so many things I thought weren’t for me until I gave them a shot. Hip-hop dance—who would’ve guessed? I've got my road bike on the back, top down in the snow, introducing drop top experience to my friends. But not everything lives up to the dream. Europe, for example—it’s romanticized, love recharging there, but living there? Eh, pas pour moi. Still, some things take work. It might not be able to take punishment as much as I did in my 20s but I can probably still run a 5k out of bed, go on long hikes, play sports, etc. If anything my mind is aging more I'm just sick seeing the shit happening with society over and over again so I'll gladly pay money to avoid such discomforts. |
