Well i had emergency knee repair surgery tonight..........fucken hate ice.

well this is fucking great. My landlord's son is moving back...so he's kicking me and at least one more tenant out...he came to tell us at 10:30pm on a Sunday....asshole

mwhahahahaha....I just found out that when a landlord gives you the 2 month thing you're allowed to vacate on 10 days' notice. Which means I'll give him my notice today (at 10:30pm) and I'll only have to pay for 9 days' rent...instead of the 2 months he's counting on. I'll just couchsurf for the rest of the month....stay at my parents' and my g/f's...and keep the 600 dollars my landlord was supposed to get :D:D:D

;) thanks...I went up there last night...armed with $101.61 (9 days' rent), the Residential Tenancy Act and a scrap piece of paper on the back of which was my official 10 days' notice. Once served w/ the notice and the pocketful of change he completely froze and managed to get out a "you....you can't do that" at which point I VERY cheerily read the bit in the RTA that says that yep...I can indeed "do that"...he said he'll read it over and said thank you I left with a big smile :) I'm almost moved out already hahaha :D

I'm also on a crusade to drive up his electricity bill (I don't pay for utilities)...I'm getting so extreme that I keep tripping the fuse every half hour :haha:

:lol fine by me...nah...I'm actually a wicked tenant...always pay cash on the last day of the month (for the next month), dont' smoke, dont' drink, don't do drugs, never had a party here, never had a noise complaint, never had ANY complaint of any sort. The only thing was once a friend of mine was gonna take some of my wheels so I hid it under a bush....it was so well hidden she couldn't find them. However, my landlord saw them and was going to evict me for it....he's a fucking nazi. I used to turn off the lights his sons used to leave on...I used to be sooo nice and considerate...but he's just a fucking asshat. So now it's time to pay for it :D (literally ;))

I also reset all the outside motion-sensor floodlights. Sensitivity/range have been set to max and the on-time has been set from 1min to 20mins. :) When I move out that's gonna change to the "Dusk till Dawn" setting :D Just a little thank you note for me having to plead for MONTHS to get an oven fixed....for him coming into our place all the time w/out so much as a 5 min warning (legally he has to give 24hrs written), for him leaving the garage door open for WEEKS at a time sometime so my suite is COMPLETELY accessible from the street (no locking door)...and the list goes on ;)

heres random: I just woke up after an accidental 4 hour nap. i went upstairs to move some stuff around and clean up, and i totall fell asleep. i don't remember falling asleep, that was 4. It's now half past 7... maybe i was drugged???? lol

35 a day for racing and 10 for camping

usually around 8 times down the strip a day if your racing in street legal

my civic launches perfect every time. no wheel spin at all... LOL it's all down to how many people i get pushing as to how much faster it will run the 1/4
