i took my full class 5 test in my integra with no problems.

the lady said you dont need to be '10 and 2' but you just have to have both hands on the wheel in a controlled manner. preferably somewhere above 9 and 3. shifting doesnt really matter too much. just dont shift in a corner unless you have to.

right now gas in kelowna is 94.4. i expect it to hit $1.10 durring the summer

When I was on the island in November it was 99.9.

It looks like the car is going on the road the weekend after next. After its in my name, day insurance is cheaper than a tow truck.

The next check from work has to cover my "N" test, day insurance, gas, transfer, alc, b/d present, a new battery, and a can of short strand fiberglass and some fiberglass resin. If there is any decent amount left over, restock the cupboards, and start putting money aside for new engine parts/labour.

Took my test to get my N and Get rid of my N in the explorer. Failed each test once:(

Mike, Honduh: yeah...the Island always has the highest gas prices in BC :( but I was hoping that you guys would be at least below 90 cents...d-ohh! oh well....they've been threatening with summer gas prices of over a buck for a couple of years now...hasn't happened yet....but it's never stayed above 90 for this long either :crybaby:

ok, this is kind of a vent of my day yesterday. ok, so i go to the ford dealership here in town, cause a guy who comes to my work all the time said go talk to his son who is a sales manager there. so i go and talk to him, and he hands me over to another of his workers to go have me test drive some stuff. i tell him i'm interested in either a new ranger, or a mustang, just that if its a car it has to have kick to it. he said, wait, i have the perfect car for you. so he takes me to this beautiful car. it was a 2004 mustang GT convertable, silver with a black top, and a leather interior . the only bad thing was that it was an auto, but the car was for less then $30,000, so i think why the hell not, its a 4 speed with overdrive so i can still shift, a if its that big of a deal, i could go trade it at the coast or something. so, i get to talkting to the guy, and we work out that my payments would be $490 a month, and he goes over my income, and said, yeah it looks like you have the money coming in no problem (thankyou manatech), also im thinking that if shit does hit the fan, i could sell this baby no problem in van. ok so lets get you driving this car away today. fuckin eh, lets do this, you only live once right. ok, well we just have to do some stuff in the computer, come back in a hour, and will get it insured, ok, so i go, tell my buddy about this car, and he meats me there in an hour, cause he wants to see it. so i show him what was suposto be my new penis enlarger, and the sales guy comes out and said, everything looked good, BUT, you will need a co signer cause of your little conflict with ICBC. but i payed it all off. but still there on my credit history. ok, so i go and talk to my dad to see if he will do it, and he 1) wouldn't cause he dosent want a $30,000 loan blocking him from buying his new house, and he gets grumpy when ever i get new toys. and my mom cant co sign, cause she lives in the states.

I got a few things accomplished today. First I found out what insurance is going to cost... between $1621 and $2174 a year. Something like a 105% increase if I get in a accident? HOLY SHIT Well, I'm not excited about that. Also went and talked to my dads mechanic. It looks like I'll be on the road within the next 2 months WOOT

My mom had the same issue. She did something about hers tho. Called up her lawyer and it was resolved a few weeks later. Turned out hers was the credit card company's fault.

if you're on autoplan 12 it's awesome cause you can get credit before you're 19 and before you have a credit card and such, so i've been building credit since i was 16, and it doesn't matter that my dad cosigned my insurance or whatever BUT on the downside if you screw up with your payments it hurts your credit just like screwing up with a credit card.

On the res for just reg gas it's 89.9, yes I know it's only .5 cheaper, just thought I'd post it. I noticed when the gas was like 97.9 - 3.5 that the res still stayed cheaper, probably cause of the quality of gas, lol

93.9 was a guess...noticed today that its 93.4. So after the 3.5 at the pump, you got your gas for less than 90 fearfactory...that's what you wanted, right? :p

i bet you the guys in charge of gas prices, all drive hondas. and there jacking up the price cause they cant beat v8's so there trying to keep them off the road :P

nah, man...it's like a mini criminal record. The Student Loan ppl messed up my SL beyond belief so I got fux0red for credit...according to the credit bureau it's gonna stay on my record for some years more (even though everything has been straightened out).

I dont go on RS for a day and i come back and have to whore.

Its cuz Safeway moved into the gas business here and gave 3.5 cents/liter in coupons...so now every gas station gives 3.5 off at the pump, but they still have to advertise the regular price for some reason.
