does anyone here have a Pioneer DEH-P4500MP deck? I might be able to pick one up for 100 bucks (or less) what do you think?

I had that one before I got my alpine, really easy to use, decent EQ options, and that fancy display with the dolphins and race cars etc... only complaint I really had was the gap between songs is like 7 seconds or something crazy like that when using an mp3 disc

oh and the DEH-P4500MP is actually a pioneer not a panasonic but I know what you meant

yea when I baught my old pioneer I didn't even think about time between songs as a possible issue, seriously it shouldn't, it doesn't take a very powerful processor to be able to do it instantly, so I just figured they all would... it got annoying fast then I got the alpine

i do want to sell it, and i'll sell it any time. the motor runs great and i just put about $1000 into the head.. i just don't know what the eff is wrong with this coolant problem. it's pissing me off. yeah man, i wouldn't feel comfortable selling the car to someone knowing there could be something drastcially wrong with it.

oh this is great...we only get 2 garbage cans...that's all they take away every 2 weeks. Standard municipal practice...of course that's designed for houses with one family in it...like there should be....well...there's a whoooooole family upstairs PLUS three of us downstairs...so garbage is ALWAYS a problem.

As one of my farewell gifts I waited w/ all my garbage 'till they took away the garbage this morning...and w/in 1/2 an hour I already filled up one can...so these fuckers are gonna have less than a can (I still have more stuff) to share between like 8ppl for the next 2 weeks....have fun :D

oh yeah...also, my landlord has gotten warnings from the municipality for putting out garbage w/out garbage bags in the can (bylaw violation). Since I got a hold of them before he did, there's no bags in it (his responsibility to either put them in or provide me w/ bags...neither one of which he's done) :D so he'll either have to empty all the garbage out and bag it, or face a municipal fine....life is good :)

fuckin eh, i start my first kamloops racing course in a cupple weeks, thanks to my boss at executive billiards intorducing me to the dude who runs it.

btw my boss has too much money. first he has a 2004 SVT mustang cobra with lost of power, and body work. worth about $80,000
and now he just picked up a bright yello H2 with anything and everything. awesome ride though. you could have like a 10 person orgy if you wanted to. uhhhh.... not that.... im into that kinda thing......... its uhhhhhh.... just an example :D

Waxed up the Satty yesterday... got to thinkin that I'll buy it out this summer and next summer I'll probably sell it. possibly get myslef into something thats got some power... turboing a Saturn takes too much tiem and patience and tend to end up being towed aroudn alot while trying to get it tuned for boost. Anyways I was thinkin of maybe a DC2-R or something like that... always wanted one of those...

I wonder how a 1500cc 2-stroke engine would run in a MINI. Little boggy off the line and some intense wheel spin once the powerband kicks in Muhaha

I just recently found out they have enginered a 4-stroke V8 r/c engine. Apparently its a little pricy, but it would be a killer engine for a savage truck or something bigger...?
