My cat as been starting to thin out and loose her hair... She's 15 now so I suppose its about that time :(

My dog on the otherhand, she is only 8 and she's having internal problems. She's a Greyhound/boxer, very inteligent thing... She has been walking sideways, her rear legs sometimes dont work so she will end up dragging them, constant "up-chuck" on the carpet, overall seems depressed and it has been getting worse every week. Finally within the last few days she hasnt been able to get up and is thinning out because she hasnt been eating... We took her to the vet and they said "she is just fine" for a $100 bill later... I'm starting to think she has something wrong with her spinal cord, mabye got hit by a vehicle or something... I'd hate to let her go since I've had her since a pup and she's always slept outside my bedroom door.

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's a Scion tC :)

EDIT: they look a lot bigger than I thought they'd be...they're kinda the unofficial replacement for the Celica....and that Impulse looks pretty damn sexy

girlcrazy_4 04-22-2005 12:50 PM

I talked to the guy with the Scion. He said they're not avalible in Canada. Hmmm. I wonder why. Looks pretty sick tho with the fmic Btw, it its his moms

2.5FearFactory 04-22-2005 01:55 PM

haha that's awesome :D Yeah...they're not available in Canada...YET...somehow...one of the local dealerships has an xB on their lot...and it's a GM dealership....wierd shit...they don't look all that bad looking either (the xB) saw one w/ Wash state plates in traffic the other day and didn't look as goofy as I was expecting them to look...

RedCeli 04-22-2005 02:26 PM

Bouncing Bettys 04-25-2005 05:38 PM

on my way to school this morning i heard an ad encouraging young people to vote in the upcoming BC election. it featured voices of various supposed young people giving a few words describing an opinion of something they find important to them. they said stuff like "the environment", "the canucks", "girls", and so on. for the most part i wasn't bothered except one of them said "the Leafs suck!" and it seemed to be the only clearly negative opinion given in the whole ad. all the others were positive or neither positive or negative. as a leaf fan, i wasn't happy with the ad. i'm all for getting more young people to vote but they shouldn't go possibly offending the thousands of young leaf fans in this province - it might actuall help convince them to stay away from the polls.

the whole issue is only big enough for me to write this and thats it - i'll still be voting

Canadian Rider 04-25-2005 09:28 PM

it's called a personal opinion. that's what they were trying to get across that everyone has one. why in whateverthefuck would you let someone's personal opinion get to you? specially if it's on a radio ad...

SpooSports 04-25-2005 09:35 PM

i got invited to go to a conservative riding party tonight..............no dice.

there isnt one political party that makes me passionate about voting, but ill vote and vote liberal. NDP is a freaking joke.

jeffh 04-25-2005 10:31 PM

voting is great. but i don't thnik any young people should vote. none of them have an opinion worth anything and can be swayed way to easily by other people and such. ill vote for sure but ill vote for what i want in the future not what i want today.

That's completely false. Young people should vote for sure. Even if you don't keep up to pace with all the election stuff, it is not hard to figure out which party offers a package that is closest to what you want. Especially in the provincial election, seeing as there's only 2 main parties, and then several other parties that seem to cater to specific groups, such as the green party and marijuana party. Its just a matter of deciding what's important to you and figuring out which party supports those things. Also, if young people don't vote, the government won't care as much about things young people are concerned with, such as education. The reason health care is such a priority is because old people have the highest voter turnout of any demographic.
